Aimee played a pivotal role in establishing The New School of Structural Integration in Laguna Beach, CA, where she also served as faculty from 2009 to 2020.
Before that, she was on the teaching staff at the Hellerwork Institute of Structural Integration in Mt. Shasta, CA, from 2003 to 2009, mentoring students and serving as a faculty advisor for the Hellerwork Practitioner Training program.
From 2010 to 2016, Aimee assisted renowned SI expert Liz Gaggini and has since been teaching Gaggini’s advanced training program, Biomechanics of Adaptive Alignment.
Aimee's extensive teaching experience and commitment to both the roots and evolution of Structural Integration continue to inspire students and practitioners alike.

With a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Kansas, Cara began her career teaching children and at-risk youth, eventually extending her efforts to empowering women in a minimum-security prison.

With a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Kansas, Cara began her career teaching children and at-risk youth, eventually extending her efforts to empowering women in a minimum-security prison.
Her journey then transitioned into marketing, where she spent a decade honing communication and leadership skills.
It was through addressing her own health challenges that Cara discovered the transformative power of Structural Integration. This life-changing experience led her to graduate from The New School of Structural Integration, launching her practice in 2019.
Passionate about the power of education, Cara is committed to advancing SI knowledge—for herself, her clients, students at SI-BMT, and the broader public.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Purdue University and worked as a wildlife biologist for over a decade before starting a second career as an SI practitioner.

Board Certified Structural Integrators (BCSI) are committed to high-quality, client-centered results, and to improving the transformative modality known as Structural Integration (SI). Practitioners who display the BCSI credential have graduated from an IASI Recognized Basic Training, and have passed the Certification.
